APS (Autorisation Provisoire de Séjour)

At the end of your studies, if you obtain a degree from a French higher education institution with the proper accreditations (Grand École, RNCP Certified, or accredited by the CGE), you can apply for a Temporary Resident Permit called APS. This permit allows you to stay in France for up to a year (for a bachelor's degree) or two years (for a master's degree) to look for work or start a company.

Applying to French Universities

Applications are typically submitted through the university's own portal. While the application period is often flexible, we recommend applying early to start the visa process promptly. Most universities offer conditional admissions based on your current academic performance, with final acceptance contingent upon completion of your high school diploma.
